The National Roads and Cyclists Association (NRCA) is an Australian bicycle advocacy organisation formed to represent the interests of road-using cyclists. Based in Sydney, the NRCA promotes cycling as a form of road transport, with the aim of lobbying government for a more positive outcome for road-using cyclists.

In May, 2008, the NRCA was at the centre of media debate about cycling on roads, after an incident in which 50 elite and olympic cyclists were injured in a collision with a car in Sydney.
